Renovate Munich sells digital renovation guides, playbooks, templates, documentation sheets, and related digital resources for people planning or managing renovations in Munich and Germany.
Because these products are digital, they cannot be physically returned once delivered, downloaded, accessed, or used. Refund requests are reviewed based on the product purchased, the delivery status, the access status, and the reason for the request.
If you purchased the wrong product, made a duplicate purchase, did not receive your files, or believe there is a technical issue with your order, contact Renovate Munich through the Contact page and include your order number and the email address used at checkout.
Digital products are intended to provide renovation process guidance, organization support, and documentation tools. They do not guarantee a specific renovation result, contractor outcome, cost reduction, permit approval, or legal, architectural, engineering, structural, permit, or technical decision.
Customers in the European Union may have statutory withdrawal rights for online purchases. For digital content not supplied on a physical medium, the right of withdrawal may expire where the customer has expressly agreed to immediate digital delivery before the end of the withdrawal period and acknowledged that the withdrawal right can be lost once digital delivery or access begins.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method. Processing times may depend on the payment provider.
Renovate Munich reserves the right to refuse refund requests where a digital product has already been delivered, downloaded, accessed, used, copied, or where the request appears abusive or inconsistent with the nature of digital products, subject to applicable consumer law.
