Digital Delivery Policy

Renovate Munich sells digital renovation guides, playbooks, templates, documentation sheets, and related digital resources for people planning or managing renovations in Munich and Germany.

No physical products are shipped. Digital products are delivered by email, download link, customer account access, or another digital delivery method after successful payment.

Please make sure the email address used at checkout is correct. If you do not receive your digital product after purchase, check your spam or promotions folder first. If it is still missing, contact Renovate Munich through the Contact page and include your order number and the email address used at checkout.

Digital products are normally delivered immediately or shortly after successful payment. In some cases, delivery may take longer because of payment processing, email filtering, technical issues, or platform delays.

Because these products are digital, there are no shipping costs, tracking numbers, or physical delivery times unless a product or service page clearly states otherwise.

Digital files, guides, templates, and related materials are for the purchaser only. They may not be resold, shared publicly, uploaded to file-sharing platforms, copied for commercial use, or redistributed without written permission from Renovate Munich.

Refunds, cancellations, and withdrawal rights are handled under the Refund Policy and Terms of Service.
